Tonight was our first venture into the world of UStream! After many discussions (more like one brief conversation… that one time…) we decided that we should try to make a UStream broadcast to help bring more people into the collective and remove the obstacle of distance between us and… everyone else out there. It turned out pretty well for the first go-around, and we even got some folks to chat with us in the UStream chat window! Despite a few hiccups and some major lag, the broadcasting thing was an overall success, and it will continue on next week (and hopefully for many weeks to come!).

This week was pretty laid back since most folks are still out of town for Thanksgiving weekend and other such holiday what-nots, but the crowd that showed up worked on some lovely things!
